Follow the steps given below

• Download our 100% save file Click here.
• Display hidden files and folders.

Follow these steps to display hidden files and folders.

Open Folder Options by clicking the Start button ,
clicking Control Panel, 
clicking Appearance and Personalization, and then clicking Folder Options.
Click the View tab.
Under Advanced settings, click Show hidden files and folders, and then click OK.

• Extract the .rar file you downloaded from the above link - Copy Save folder and paste in the following location

Documents and Settings\(User Name)\Local Settings\Application Data\Criterion Games\Burnout Paradise\Save

OR

C:\Users\(User Name)\AppData\Local\Criterion Games\Burnout Paradise\Save

Note : (User Name) - Your PC user name
